About ONE

 The original part of ONE was built in 1951.  ONE began it's latest renovation and extension in January 2020 and the house was finally completed in May 2022.

After the two year project, we are thrilled to again open the doors and share our home ONE with you. 

Our next project for ONE is to redesign the outdoor areas.
 

 Set on a peninsula ONE has amazing views overlooking the Baie des Anges, NICE .  Situated in Gairaut Superior, at the edge of the Parc Mercantour national park ONE has easy access to central Nice.  The location offers the best of the region.

 We wanted to have clean and uncluttered energy, a place to relax and work when needed. We installed smart technologies and high speed fibre optic internet connection.

You’ll find our property equipped for the most discerning guests. 

The villa with private pool offers both a Jacuzzi style pool perfect for the young and young at heart and a main infinity pool that overlooks the bay of Nice.
